That fee applies to the approved related repair. 2. **Written estimate:** You get a written estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis. If the job grows, we stop and ask again. 3. **Need now or need later:** Every line is marked as a safety or strand risk now, or something you can schedule. You decide what gets done today. 4. **Photos and old parts:** When the failed part is the point, we photograph it, and we can show you the old part at pickup. 5. **Repair and road test:** The technician repairs to spec, a quality check follows, and the car gets a road test before we call you. 6. **Comebacks go first:** If something is not right after the job, your car goes to the front of the line and the root cause is written on the repair order. ## What credentials does the shop hold? Most days the bays hold brake jobs, cooling system work, check engine lights, no-starts, oil services and pre-purchase inspections. Inland Empire heat is hard on radiators and batteries, and stop-and-go traffic in Upland wears brakes fast, so those are routine for us. Diesels are welcome.
