## Your rights at the counter

- **A written estimate:** you receive a written estimated price for parts and labor before work begins.
- **Authorization:** work that would go beyond the estimate needs your consent first, and we record it on the repair order.
- **An itemized invoice:** the invoice lists the work done and the parts supplied, and states whether any part is used or rebuilt.
- **Replaced parts:** you may ask for your replaced parts back when you approve the work. Parts that must be returned to a supplier under a warranty or exchange are shown to you instead.
