## What coverage means here

Parts carry the coverage offered for that specific part, and our labor coverage is listed on the same invoice. Because coverage differs between parts and parts brands, we explain the options when you approve the estimate, and the terms that apply are printed on your paperwork. If you ever lose the invoice, call and we will look it up.

## What is not covered

- Parts you supply yourself. We inspect them before installing, but there is no warranty on the part, and labor is charged at book time.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, racing, flooding or modifications after the repair.
- Repairs or adjustments made by another shop to the same system after our work.
- Problems caused by items you chose to postpone on the need-later list, when they are related to the failure.
- Normal wear items once they have worn through normal use.

## How to start a warranty visit

1. **Call first:** Call (909) 608-7699 and tell us what changed. Have your invoice or the name on the account ready.
2. **Bring it in:** Comebacks go to the front of the line. If the car is unsafe to drive, tow-ins are accepted during business hours.
3. **We verify and explain:** We confirm the problem, write the cause on the repair order and explain what the coverage includes before any further work.
