We read and answer email during business hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM. A message sent at night or on Sunday is answered the next business day. Busy days at the counter can slow replies, which is another reason to call if timing matters.
What can't we settle by email?
A firm price for an unknown problem. Without testing, any number is a guess, so by email we give ranges and explain the diagnostic fee rule: it is stated before testing and applies to approved related repair. Once the car is here, you get a written estimate before any work.
