Auto Repair for Pomona Drivers, a Short Hop to Upland

For most of Pomona, the I-10 east is the quickest path. Stay on the 10 past the Indian Hill exit in Claremont, get off at Central Ave, and head north. Central brings you up into Upland, and the shop is right there.

From north Pomona, the surface streets work well. Take Garey Ave or Towne Ave north to Foothill Blvd, turn right, and drive east through Claremont into Upland. From south Pomona near the 60 or the 71, drivers usually connect to the 10 first. Holt Blvd is another east-west option that runs toward Montclair, where you can turn north on Central. Pomona sits where several freeways meet. The 10, 57, 71 and 60 all pass through or near the city, and the interchanges bring heavy merges, truck traffic and sudden braking. Drivers heading to Orange County on the 57 or to Chino and Corona on the 71 spend a lot of time in those slowdowns.
