How do you get from Guasti to the shop?
Guasti sits just south of the I-10, close to the airport. Get on the I-10 heading west and stay on it past the 15 interchange and through Ontario. Exit at Central Ave in Montclair and turn right to head north. Central carries you across Holt Blvd and Arrow Route and up to Foothill Blvd in Upland.
At the corner, look for In-N-Out Burger. We are one block east of it, at Central. Surface streets can work, but the I-10 is the simplest path from the airport area. If you have never been here, the directions page shows the corner.
What makes Guasti-area driving rough on cars?

If the gauge rises on the I-10, get to the right lane and off at the next exit if you safely can. If not, use the shoulder, hazards on, and stay well away from passing traffic. Turn the engine off and do not open a hot radiator cap.
If the car will not start in an airport lot, do not keep cranking. Note whether the dash lights come on and whether you hear a click. How do price and timing work?
Phone quotes are ranges until the vehicle is inspected. AAA members get 10% off parts and labor, up to $75, with the card at time of service. We take cards and cash. Hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, and same-day work happens when the board allows, so call before you drive over.

How far is Route 66 Auto Repair from Guasti?
It is a short freeway drive. Take the I-10 west to the Central Ave exit, then go north on Central into Upland. Airport and freight traffic change the trip, so check a map app before you leave.
Is there a mechanic near Guasti open on Saturday?
Our Upland shop is open Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM and Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We are closed Sunday. Call first on Saturday, because the board fills quickly.
Do I need an appointment coming from Guasti?
An appointment is the safest plan. At the very least, call before you drive over so we can check the board. If today is full, we can set a drop-off time or you can use the after-hours key drop.
Can I wait at the shop instead of going back to Guasti?
