Auto Repair for La Puente Drivers, Out the I-10 to Upland

Most La Puente drivers head north on Azusa Ave or another main north-south street to reach the I-10, then go east. Stay on the I-10 through West Covina, Covina and Pomona to the Central Ave exit. Go north on Central through Montclair until you hit Foothill Blvd in Upland. We are one block east of In-N-Out Burger.

From the south side of town, some drivers use the 60 east instead, then the 57 north to the I-10. Either way, freeway traffic sets the pace. The directions page covers the final stretch.

A lot of La Puente driving is short and busy: errands on Valley Blvd and Hacienda Blvd, school runs, and trips across town with a light at every block. Short trips keep engines from fully warming up, which lets moisture build in the oil and wears the exhaust system from the inside. Heavy truck traffic around the industrial areas nearby adds rough pavement and sudden stops.
