How do I book?
Step 1: Call the shop

Step 4: Bring the key and AAA card
Bring every key you need, and your AAA card if you are a member, for 10% off parts and labor, up to $75.
Step 5: Hear the fee before testing
At check-in, the diagnostic fee is stated before any testing, and you get a written estimate before any repair.
Should I wait or drop off?
Waiting works for short, predictable jobs when the board is open. Drop-off is better for diagnosis, anything that may need parts ordered, and bigger repairs. The service writer decides with you at intake, based on the job and what else is on the board that day. If a look window will slip, we text you instead of leaving you guessing.
Can I drop the car after hours?
Yes. Use the after-hours key drop. Put your name, phone number and a note about the problem with the key. Then call when we open so a service writer can confirm your concern and state the diagnostic fee before testing starts. Nothing is worked on until we have spoken with you.
Do you accept tow-ins?
