What is the last mile once you leave the freeway?
Off the I-10, exit at Central Ave and go north until you reach our corner. Off the 210, the Mountain Ave exit in Upland is the usual choice: south to Foothill Blvd, then west to Central. The shop is one block east of In-N-Out Burger. Full notes are on the directions page.
How do you set up a visit from out of town?

We decide together at intake, based on the job and how far you came.
Step 3: Approve in writing
Nothing beyond the stated diagnosis happens until you approve a written estimate.

Which cities do you serve?
We serve the 25 cities in the table above, from Duarte and Azusa in the west to Fontana in the east and Corona in the south. Every one of them is served from our single shop in Upland.
How far is the shop from my city?
For most cities on the list it is a short drive by the I-10 or the 210. Trip length depends on traffic, so we do not quote exact times. Check your map app before you leave, and call so we can have a bay ready.
Do you accept tow-ins?
Yes, from any of the cities we serve. Call ahead so we know the car is coming and what it is doing. If it arrives after hours, the driver can leave the key in our after-hours drop.
Can I drop off after hours?
Yes. Park in the lot, fill out a key drop envelope with your name, phone number and the problem, and leave the key in the drop. We call you after the car has been looked at.
