Why call before you drive over?
The board is our schedule for the day. Some mornings it has room for a walk-in brake check; some afternoons every bay is full. Arriving late in the day with a job that needs testing may mean the car stays overnight either way. When you call, the service writer can tell you whether same-day work is realistic, whether to wait or drop off, and whether the car sounds safe to drive over.
What happens after you call
Step 1: Describe the problem
Tell the service writer what the car is doing.
Step 2: Check the board
We tell you honestly whether today works or when the next opening is.
Step 3: Choose how to arrive
Drive in, tow in or use the key drop after hours.
Step 4: Start with the fee
At check-in, the diagnostic fee is stated before any testing.

How pricing and timing work
The price comes from the written estimate after testing. The earlier in the day you arrive, the more room there usually is to finish the same day. Late Saturday arrivals may carry over to Monday. For a problem that cannot wait, read emergency auto repair.
Aftercare
If the car needs to stay, we text updates. Pickup has to happen during open hours, so plan for that when you drop off.
